Q1: What is this event?
A: Hasselblad Grand Opening Top 10 Challenge. 5.20-6.10, top 10 cumulative spenders win a Limited Mystery Box (10 pcs, each box may contain different items).

Q2: Who can participate?
A: Only users who have registered and subscribed to the Hasselblad store and completed payment during the event period are eligible.

Q3: How is the ranking calculated?
A: Every paid order counts. Tie-breakers decided by last order time. Refunds/returns do not count.

Q4: What do the winners get?
A: Top 10 spenders win a Limited Mystery Box (10 pcs). Contents may vary. Limited quantity, first-come-first-served.

Q5: Do all orders count?
A: Only orders from registered and subscribed users during the event period count. Note: X2D II 100C and XCD 2,8-4/35-100E are excluded.

Q6: When are winners notified?
A: Winners notified within 1 week after the event. Boxes shipped within 30 business days, selected regions.

Q7: What if there is a tie?
A: Last order time decides ranking. The customer whose last order was placed earlier ranks higher.

Q8: Do I need to sign up separately?
A: No. Register and subscribe, complete payment, and you are automatically entered.

Q9: How do I get updates?
A: Register and subscribe to get event updates, stock notifications, and new product news.
